Enterprise-wide LMS Implementation
A higher education product team I was managing had a fragmented and outdated learning management system (LMS) in place for more than 30,000 users, leading to a poor user experience and disconnected data. As Director of Product, I identified the need and led the project from start to finish. I secured enterprise support, managed a cross-functional team (IT, Marketing, Sales, Product), and oversaw the entire implementation. We launched a dynamic and sustainable LMS that dramatically improved the user’s learning journey. Internally, we successfully connected user data to the CRM, providing the business with critical insights for the first time.
Streamlining Workflows for Scalable Growth
Led a comprehensive process overhaul to transition an education product team from print-centric workflows to a scalable digital-first model. Conducted full process and resource assessments, facilitated inclusive stakeholder feedback sessions, and designed a unified, efficient workflow supported by optimal vendor partnerships. Developed and delivered training for all stakeholders prior to launch, ensuring smooth adoption. The new process increased product output by 20% in the first year, eliminated redundancies, reduced confusion, and positioned the team to fully support long-term digital growth.
Driving Accessible, Innovative Learning Solutions
Led the launch of fully ADA-compliant ebooks and slide decks for 100% of a higher education product line within one year, responding to user data and market demand. Identified and implemented innovative growth opportunities, including adaptive learning technology and AI tools, driven by market research and user insights.
First-time Author Support
Guided a first-time author in transforming years of research and workshop materials into a fully realized book. Provided end-to-end concept and writing coaching, from shaping the initial idea through developmental and line editing to final publication, while connecting the author with key industry professionals.
